Senior Product Designer

Designing productsthat move metrics, not just pixels.

Most designers show you screens. I show you outcomes: 32.7% more engagement. 9% better retention. A 23.7% search CTR. Six-plus years designing B2B SaaS and marketplace products, on a foundation of growth marketing, so every design decision is accountable to engagement, conversion, and retention.

A few things I have shipped.

Every project below is shipped and public. Each one follows the same arc: a real business problem, a design decision, a measurable outcome.

B2B Marketplace · 2023–2025 · Lead Product Designer @ CoAmana

Amana Insight

Turning raw market data into decisions a farmer can act on. Live at coamana.com.

+32.7%
User engagement · +9% retention

The challenge

Farmers in emerging markets couldn't make sense of market pricing. Confused users don't come back, and repeat engagement was flatlining.

The decision

Led discovery with product managers and real users, then designed an analytics experience that turned raw market data into actionable decisions, built on a scalable Figma design system.

The outcome

Engagement up 32.7%. Retention up 9%. Usability and A/B testing programs I built alongside it lifted satisfaction scores 25%.

Web Design · CRO · Regulated Industry

Upside Immigration

Designing for trust in a crowded, regulated market. Live at upsideconsulting.ca.

23.7%
Google Search CTR · ~6x industry average

The challenge

A regulated immigration consultant needed to earn trust in an industry crowded with unlicensed operators. Credibility was the conversion problem.

The decision

Designed and developed the full site around trust: licence verification above the fold, a pre-assessment funnel, an interactive CRS calculator, and live Express Entry data.

The outcome

Search snippets earn a 23.7% click-through rate in Google Search, roughly 6x the industry average.

Product UI · Complex Workflows · Developer Tools

Xenbox

Making a technical automation platform feel obvious. Live at xenbox.io.

Complex → Obvious
Node-based builder, human-readable

The challenge

A browser automation platform with serious technical depth (multi-profile management, workflow orchestration, a node-based bot builder) that non-technical users needed to actually operate.

The decision

Designed the full product UI: a drag-and-drop flow editor that makes automation visible, profile and proxy management that stays out of the way, and workflow states users can read at a glance. Plus the marketing site that translates the platform for its audience.

The outcome

Complexity users can't feel. The hardest kind of design work: making the difficult look obvious.

Marketplace App · Research · App Store Strategy

GeegHive

Research that shipped to production, not a slide deck. Live at geeghive.com.

3 personas
Research shipped to both app stores

The challenge

An events marketplace facing a cold-start problem, with an app store presence that leaked credibility before users ever opened the app.

The decision

Led discovery across three user personas, mapped their journeys, simplified the account architecture, and audited the store listings end to end.

The outcome

Recommendations shipped in the live iOS and Android listings. Research that made it to production, not a slide deck.

About

Two careers in one designer.

Before product design, I spent 3 years in SEO and growth marketing, growing organic traffic 54% and lead generation 45%. That's not a footnote. It's the reason my design work behaves differently: every wireframe, prototype, and design system decision maps to engagement, conversion, or retention. I speak revenue, not just usability. Your PM and I will get along immediately.

Since then: 6+ years across B2B SaaS and marketplace products, owning the full arc from user research, journey mapping, and usability testing through high-fidelity UI, accessible (WCAG) design systems, and A/B-tested iteration. At CoAmana I was promoted from UX Designer to Lead Product Designer in 7 months, then mentored the team on research methods so quality stopped bottlenecking on me.

How I work

Evidence first, in six pieces.

Understand the real problem

Discovery with users, PMs, and data before a single pixel. The most expensive design mistake is solving the wrong problem elegantly.

Design against a metric

Every project starts by naming the number we're trying to move. Wireframes and prototypes are hypotheses, not deliverables.

Test before believing

Usability testing and A/B testing built into the process, not bolted on. At CoAmana this discipline lifted satisfaction 25%.

Ship systems, not screens

Scalable design systems and component libraries in Figma, so the tenth feature ships as fast as the first.

Design for everyone

Accessible, WCAG-conscious interfaces as the default, not an afterthought, from colour contrast to keyboard flows.

Speak revenue

A growth-marketing foundation means every design decision maps to engagement, conversion, or retention.
